1. Nature of Services

All programs offered by Breath Within are educational and coaching-based in nature, focused on emotional intelligence and self-awareness. These services do not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are advised to seek appropriate licensed professionals for any clinical or mental health concerns.

2. Eligibility & Consent

Participation in teen programs requires that the participant falls within the specified age group. Enrollment of minors (below 18 years) must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who thereby provides consent for participation.

3. Registration & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. Breath Within reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.
 

4. Fees & Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the program is cancelled by Breath Within. In such cases, a full refund will be processed. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, partial attendance, or change of mind.

5. Program Delivery

Breath Within reserves the right to modify session schedules, content, or format (including online platforms) if required due to unforeseen circumstances, while ensuring delivery of program value.

6. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and a suitable environment for attending online sessions. Breath Within shall not be held responsible for disruptions due to technical issues on the participant’s end.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Any form of misconduct, disruption, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, worksheets, frameworks, and session content are the intellectual property of Breath Within. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or sharing of any material is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

While Breath Within will maintain confidentiality of participant information, group sessions may involve shared discussions. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal information shared within sessions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breath Within and its facilitator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Participation is voluntary and outcomes may vary for each individual.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, India.
