Swasti's journey into this work began with a simple realisation: the way we think, feel, and respond is often absorbed, repeated, and carried forward, not consciously learned. She discovered that many challenges stem not from incapability, but from a lack of understanding of one's own emotional and mental patterns. This led her to specialise in emotional intelligence, guiding individuals to become aware of their inner workings and authentically shift their responses. She has been instrumental in shaping many individuals, groups, corporate structures with the right tools emotional and social regulation resulting in successful relationships, motivated mindsets, realistic and productive goal setting and empathetic environments.
